Canadian buyers please e-mail us for a shipping rate as we ship UPS to
Canada to provide us with signature delivery
confirmation. No shipments
outside of the US & Canada. US shipment is generally
made within 24 hours of receipt of payment. If you do
not receive a shipping confirmation within 48 hours,
please send an email. Canadian shipments generally
take 72 hours to ship due to additional overhead in the
shipping process.
Sales
tax is added to all orders delivered to ILLINOIS, and is
based on the appropriate rate of sales tax in the state.

WHAT
TO DO IF YOUR PACKAGE IS LOST, DAMAGED OR MISSING

ORDER WAS PROPERLY PACKED AND ACCEPTED BY THE USPS, UPS
OR FEDEX. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE SHIPPER TO GET
IT TO YOU IN PERFECT CONDITION.
Apparent
Damages Or Loss
If, upon delivery, the shipper container or
equipment indicates DAMAGE IN TRANSIT, REFUSE
THE PACKAGE and

Concealed
Damages
If upon opening your packages, shipping damage
is discovered which was not apparent upon delivery, contact
the carrier immediately using the tracking
number located on the shipping label. After you have
reported your damage, contact Customer Service by

here and report the damage.
KEEP
ALL PACKING MATERIALS & BOX FOR CARRIER CLAIMS! YOU
MUST NOTIFY US WITHIN 48 HOURS after you
discover damaged or missing goods.
Lost
Or Missing Orders
If you have not received your products within
10 working days, your package may be lost in transit. If
your package is lost
